ΕΚΘΕΣΗ ΠΕΠΡΑΓΜΕΝΩΝ 2010 

1)      Εγγραφή 19 νέων μελών.

2)      Πρόγραμμα ψυχοκοινωνικής στήριξης και αποκατάστασης από την Κοινωνική Λειτουργό του Συλλόγου σε 32 μέλη.

3)      Πρόγραμμα αποκατάστασης ομιλίας σε 25 μέλη, υπό την επίβλεψη εξειδικευμένου λογοπεδικού, με πολύ μεγάλη επιτυχία.

4)      Εφαρμογή οργανωμένου προγράμματος ενδονοσοκομειακής στήριξης σε συνεργασία με την ΩΡΛ κλινική του νοσοκομείου «Γ. Γεννηματάς» και υπεύθυνο εκ μέρους του Συλλόγου τον Αντιπρόεδρο κ. Καμπουράκη και αναπληρωτή το Μέλος Δ.Σ. κ. Βουλγαρέλη.

5)      Συμμετοχή στην κοπή της πρωτοχρονιάτικης πίτας του ΟΕΚΚ-Αγκαλιάζω στις 24/1/2010 στο ξενοδοχείο Metropolitan, με παρουσία του Προέδρου κ. Μιχαηλίδη, του Αντιπροέδρου κ. Καμπουράκη, της Γραμματέως κ. Καρυώτου, του Μέλους Δ.Σ. κ. Ηλιόπουλου και πολλών μελών του Συλλόγου.

6)      Παρουσία του Προέδρου κ. Μιχαηλίδη και της Γραμματέως κ. Καρυώτου στην κοπή της πρωτοχρονιάτικης πίτας των Συλλόγων των εργαζομένων στο Ογκολογικό Νοσοκομείο «Μεταξά», στις 28/1/2010.

7)      Κοπή της πρωτοχρονιάτικης πίτας του ΠΑΝΣΥΛΑ και διασκέδαση με φαγητό στα γραφεία του Συλλόγου παρουσία όλων των μελών του Δ.Σ. και πολλών μελών του Συλλόγου.

8)      Συμμετοχή στην ενημερωτική εκδήλωση, επ’ευκαιρία της «Ημέρας των Καρκινοπαθών» που διοργανώθηκε στις 3/2/2010 στη Δημοτική Πινακοθήκη Πειραιά από την Κοινωφελή Δημοτική Επιχείρηση Κοινωνικής Μέριμνας Πειραιά. Παρόντες ήταν ο Πρόεδρος κ. Μιχαηλίδης, ο Αντιπρόεδρος κ. Καμπουράκης, η Γραμματέας κ. Καρυώτου, το Μέλος Δ.Σ. κ. Σβίγγος και μέλη του Συλλόγου.

9)      Έκδοση νέων φυλλαδίων και αφισών για προβολή του έργου του Συλλόγου.

10)   Συμμετοχή στο 16^ο Συνέδριο Κλινικής Ογκολογίας, που έλαβε χώρα στις 23-25/4/2010 στο ξενοδοχείο Intercontinental στην Αθήνα, με παρουσία του Προέδρου, του Αντιπροέδρου, της Γραμματέως και του Μέλους Δ.Σ. κ. Σβίγγου. Προβολή του Συλλόγου με φυλλάδια και αφίσες.

11)   Τακτική αρθρογραφία της Γραμματέως κ. Καρυώτου στη σελίδα του ΠΑΝ-ΣΥ-ΛΑ στο Περιοδικό Αγκαλιάζω.

12)   Συμμετοχή στο 2^ο Συνέδριο Υποστηρικτικής Ογκολογίας Στόματος που διοργανώθηκε στις 13 και 13 Ιουνίου 2010 στο ξενοδοχείο Royal Olympic στην Αθήνα, με παρουσία του Προέδρου, κ. Μιχαηλίδη, του Αντιπροέδρου, κ. Καμπουράκη, της Γραμματέως, κ. Καρυώτου, και του Μέλους Δ.Σ. κ. Σβίγγου, και προβολή του Συλλόγου με φυλλάδια και αφίσες.

13)   Σύγκλιση της Ετήσιας Τακτικής Γενικής Συνέλευσης του Συλλόγου τον Ιούνιο 2010. Ενημέρωση των μελών για τα πεπραγμένα του Συλλόγου, τον οικονομικό απολογισμό και τον προϋπολογισμό.

14)   Πρόσληψη νέας λογοθεραπεύτριας, κ. Χρύσας Στρούζα.

15)   Συμμετοχή στο 8^ο Πανελλήνιο Συνέδριο Δεικτών Καρκίνου και Στοχευμένης Θεραπείας που πραγματοποιήθηκε στο ξενοδοχείο Crowne Plaza στην Αθήνα στις 25-27/11/2010, παρουσία του Αντιπροέδρου, κ. Καμπουράκη, της Γραμματέως, κ. Καρυώτου, και του Μέλους Δ.Σ. κ. Σβίγγου και προβολή του Συλλόγου με φυλλάδια και αφίσες.

16)   Εκπροσώπηση του Συλλόγου στην Επιτροπή Συνηγορίας και Διεκδίκησης Δικαιωμάτων Ασθενών με Καρκίνο από τη Γραμματέα κ. Καρυώτου.

17)   Πρόγραμμα Εθελοντικής Εργασίας, Αλληλοβοήθειας και Διδασκαλίας, από τους ειδικά εκπαιδευμένους εθελοντές του Συλλόγου, που είναι σχεδόν όλοι μέλη του Δ.Σ.

18)   Δημιουργία ιστοσελίδας την οποία επιμελείται ο Ταμίας κ. Κοντός (http://pansyla.mylivepage.com).

19)   Δημιουργία προφίλ στο Facebook το οποία επιμελείται ο Ταμίας κ. Κοντός.

20)   Συμμετοχή και συνεργασία του Συλλόγου ως πλήρους μέλους του European Cancer Patients Coalition, με υπεύθυνο τον κ. Ηλιόπουλο, τ. Αντιπρόεδρο και διακεκριμένο Μέλος του Δ.Σ., ο οποίος είναι υπεύθυνος και για την ηλεκτρονική διεύθυνση του Συλλόγου (pan_syla@yahoo.gr).

ΠΑΝΕΛΛΗΝΙΟΣ ΣΥΛΛΟΓΟΣ ΛΑΡΥΓΓΕΚΤΟΜΗΘΕΝΤΩΝ

 PROCEEDINGS REPORT 2010

1)      Enrollment of 19 new members.

2)      32 members followed a psychosocial support and rehabilitation programme, run by the Association’s Social Worker.

3)      25 members followed a speech rehabilitation programme, under the supervision of a specialized speech therapist, with great success.

4)      The Association run an organized intra-hospital support programme, in cooperation with the ENT clinic of the “G. Gennimatas” Hospital. Mr. Kabourakis, Vice President of the Association, was responsible for running the programme and Mr. Voulgarelis, Board Member, was deputy.

5)      Participation of the President, Mr. Michailidis, the Vice President, Mr. Kabourakis, the General Secretary, Mrs. Karyotou, the Member of the Board, Mr. Iliopoulos and several members of the Association in the New Year celebration of the OEKK-Angaliazo on 24/1/2010 at the Athens Metropolitan Hotel.

6)      Participation of the President, Mr. Michailidis and the General Secretary, Mrs. Karyotou in the New Year celebration of the Workers’ Association of the “Metaxa” Cancer Hospital on 28/1/2010.

7)      New Year celebration of PANSYLA at the Association headquarters in the presence of all the Board Members and many members of the Association.

8)      Participation in an informative event, a propos the World Cancer Day, organized on 3/2/2010 at the Municipal Gallery of Piraeus by the Municipal Company for Social Care of Piraeus. The President, Mr. Michailidis, the Vice President, Mr. Kabourakis, the General Secretary, Mrs. Karyotou, the Member of the Board Mr. Sviggos and members of the Association attended.

9)      New brochures and posters created to help publicize the work of the Association.

10)   Participation of the President, Mr. Michailidis, the Vice President, Mr. Kabourakis, the General Secretary, Mrs. Karyotou, and the Member of the Board Mr. Sviggos in the 16^th Clinical Oncology Congress, that took place on 23-25/4/2010 at the Athens Intercontinental Hotel. Promotion of the Association with brochures and posters.

11)   Regular contributions of the General Secretary, Mrs. Karyotou, to the PANSYLA page of the Agaliazo magazine.

12)   Participation of the President, Mr. Michailidis, the Vice President, Mr. Kabourakis, the General Secretary, Mrs. Karyotou, and the Member of the Board Mr. Sviggos in the 2^nd Oral Supportive Oncology Meeting at the Athens Royal Olympic Hotel and promotion of the Association with brochures and posters.

13)   The Annual General Meeting of the Association was held in June 2010. The members of the Association were informed of its previous activities and accounts and presented with the budget for the year to come.

14)   A new speech therapist, Ms. Chrysa Strouza, was hired.

15)   Participation or the Vice President, Mr. Kabourakis, the General Secretary, Mrs. Karyotou, and the Member of the Board Mr. Sviggos in the 8^th Tumor Markers-Targeted Therapy Congress at the Athens Crowne Plaza Hotel on 25-27/11/2010 and promotion of the Association with brochures and posters.

16)   The General Secretary, Mrs. Karyotou represented the Association at the Cancer Patients Rights Advocacy Committee.

17)   Work, Mutual Help and Teaching Volunteer Programme, by the specially trained volunteers of the Association, who are almost all members of the Board.

18)   Creation of a website, http://pansyla.blogspot.com, run by the Treasurer, Mr. Kontos.

19)   Creation of a Facebook profile, also run by the Treasurer, Mr. Kontos.

20)   Participation and cooperation of the Association with the European Cancer Patients Coalition, as a Full Member under the supervision of Mr. Iliopoulos, former Vice-President and distinguished Member of the Board. Mr. Iliopoulos is also responsible for the Association’s electronic mailbox, pan_syla@yahoo.gr.
